Pick 4 is played by selecting a 4-digit number from 0000 through 9999. Players can wager $0.50 or $1.00 per play across multiple wager types. A Straight bet wins $5,000 on a $1 wager by matching the 4 digits in exact order (odds 1 in 10,000). A Box bet wins if the numbers match in any order, offering payouts of $200 for a 24-way box (all 4 digits different, odds 1 in 416.7), $400 for a 12-way box (one pair of identical digits, odds 1 in 833.3), $800 for a 6-way box (two pairs of identical digits, odds 1 in 1,666.7), and $1,200 for a 4-way box (three identical digits, odds 1 in 2,500). Players can also play Straight/Box or wager on Front Pair, Back Pair, Middle Pair, and Split Pair for $50 payouts on a $1 bet (odds 1 in 100).

All revenue generated by Pennsylvania Pick 4 directly supports older Pennsylvanians, funding prescription assistance, senior transportation, and senior centers.
